The Specialized Continuing Training program is an annual national call created for companies and public entities with SENA’s Para fiscal contributions to build training actions according to their needs, which benefits the productive and competitive development of companies and qualifies the skills of their workers.
In the 2020 call for Specialized Continuing Training aimed at unions, group companies, and individual companies, 107 proposals were received. 60 were made viable, and 36 were co-financed from different economic sectors; this impacts more than 65 thousand workers and more than 12 thousand small and medium-sized companies.

The objectives of the Continuing Specialized Training are: To promote training and update the knowledge and skills of workers, improve the development of companies affiliated with unions at all occupational levels and help them contribute to their sector; This leads to productive technological development, innovation, and increased competitiveness of companies.
