Do you want to know how the new video call service developed by SENA works?
Valeria Delgado Communicator General Directorate
The relationship established with citizens has always been very important for the Entity of SENA and, for this reason, it works to create different service channels so that users can easily and timely access the services and procedures it offers in its 33 regional offices and 117 Training Centers throughout the country.
For this reason, with the aim of improving and strengthening service channels, a new video call service has been developed, through which sign language assistance can be provided for people with hearing impairment.
"“3.36% of the apprentices and graduates of the Entity stated that they had a disability, of which 56% stated that they had a visual disability, 25% a physical disability, and 9% a hearing disability. Promoting access for people with disabilities to the services provided by SENA is a powerful mechanism to achieve equal rights for the population,” says Adriana Milena Gasca, SENA National Coordinator of Citizen Services."
