SENA talent is everywhere. That creative and resourceful courage is evident in all regions and territories. An innovative and curious spirit representative of each Colombian person, from the countryside and the city, and allows them to develop the ability to go beyond their expectations, transform their realities and promote social and collaborative work wherever they are.
These silent heroes, who have received guidance from the Entity in training programs, business development, and job placement, deserve all the recognition because with their work, they have written memorable life stories and have become an inspiration for the country. In fact, the projects that these Colombians have been implementing reveal valuable results of the social transformation process. That is why it is very important to look for them in every corner of Colombia to reward and praise their work.
Discovering these transformative actions is more than gratifying for SENA. It could not be otherwise, because the fact of being in all the territories (with 33 regional branches and more than 117 training centers) to impact millions of Colombians, who took their knowledge and skills to the next level, and today they contribute with ideas and creativity to their regions.
And we design ‘SENA Talent for them because we believe that it is time to acknowledge those who are protagonists of change and, incidentally, promote good practices and their positive impact, the talent and stories of the SENA community: apprentices, instructors, businesspeople, allies, entrepreneurs, as well as high school students, who are the sign of the talent created in the Entity facing the transformation of the reality of thousands of Colombians and the social, economic and technological development of the country.
The results were conclusive: more than 1,300 applicants in the Inspiration categories (out of competition), I am SENA pride (graduates of different programs), Protagonists of change (instructors), SENA Family (the entire community of collaborators of the Entity), Transformers (apprentices), Believers (more than 4 thousand business partners), Creators (SENA entrepreneurs), Revolution 4.0 (digital transformers), Ecosystem for innovation (research, innovation, and technology), Future (young people aged 10 and 11 with double degrees from SENA). Protagonists of hope show that it is possible to succeed.
And that is how we recognize it because we are all part of this family, we are all ‘SENA Talent’ and because this talent is everywhere: “We want to be protagonists of change. Be the source of your inspiration, instructors, and learners allied for a future for innovation. I am SENA talent is a voice of encouragement … From the Guajira to the Amazon and from the Pacific to the Llanos: I am SENA talent, inspiring, transforming, connecting the SENA family, breaking schemes and leaving a mark, doing what we love is what fulfills us. I am proud to be a SENA Talent… ”.
