In 2021, the Boyacá Regional was part of important alliances between the Emprender Fund and the municipalities of Tunja, Nobsa, and four towns of La Libertad province, which promoted the creation of 85 new companies, and 308 formal jobs. People who complete the advisory, study, and approval stages, will receive resources for the financing and implementation of their business projects.
The entrepreneurs participating in these calls in the department of Boyacá will have a total seed capital of 5,850 million pesos, distributed among Tunja that will have 3,200 million pesos, Nobsa 1,050 million, and the Province of La Libertad 1,600 million, delivered through the Emprender Fund and the participating municipalities.

SENA promotes talent in the municipalities of Tunja, Nobsa, and the Province of La Libertad, thanks to the support of the SENA Emprender Fund.

“SENA is committed to being the operational arm of the economic development in the region through these alliances with municipal administrations, which are committed to entrepreneurship and the development of their next entrepreneurs,” says the Regional Director, Ramón Anselmo Vargas López.
Although entrepreneurship is not an easy task, the Emprender Fund seeks to provide solutions to materialize the dreams of our entrepreneurs and their families, understanding the importance of the processes of transformation, innovation, and modernization of ideas, people, and experiences.
